About Dr. Richard L. Zeff

Dr. Richard Zeff is a board-certified cosmetic plastic surgeon offering aesthetic enhancement and breast augmentation in New Hampshire (NH) and the New England Region. Dr. Zeff has been performing cosmetic surgery for more than 20 years, and has been trained and educated at some of the most respected medical institutions in the nation. Dr. Zeff makes it a priority to ensure that patients receive a complete and thorough explanation of procedures — including details on risks, benefits, and the recovery process — so they can make a truly informed decision based on their unique needs. Dr. Zeff offers both silicone gel and saline breast implants at his plastic surgery center, and his goal is to achieve results that look both beautiful, and natural.

Dr. Zeff’s Stratham office is licensed by the state of New Hampshire and accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc (AAAASF). Dr. Richard Zeff has been in private practice since 1986, and has served as the Chief of Surgery at Portsmouth Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He performs most surgical procedures at his New Hampshire plastic surgery facility, and is also an active staff member at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
