After which Dr. Pecunia, continued his education through a residency in general surgery at Alleghany General Hospital in Pittsburgh as well as a residency in plastic surgery at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Dr. Pecunia has been board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1996.
